ENA-Purcell, OK

We finally arrived! It took us 36 hours and 3 airports, but we made it. Today was our first "official" day in Cologne. We went to our outreach spot, which is a park. We played soccer and frisbee for a while, then me and T talked to two elderly women. At first, we walked up to them, and one lady had a German Shepard that tried to attack T. Once we sat down and started talking to them, it ended up being really interesting. We learned some German, and we are meeting them again tomorrow!

I finally made it after 3 days in an airport! Today was my first day on the field and what an AMAZING day! I didn't get a chance to talk and pray with people like others in our group did, but I did A LOT of prayer walking. I asked God many times to prepare my heart for when the chance came, and to speak through me when it came C, S, and I walked to a place where there had been drugs used NUMEROUS times, and it just saddened my heart so much that I broke down and cried. It was in such a beautfiul place, and I couldn't understand the need for all the drugs. But, the successes from the other girls gave me so much joy, and I continue to pray for the people they talked to. I feel that one of my best chances to open up will be with children...pray for the people we spoke to, pray for more women to come to the park, and pray for more chances to open up to people....mom I'm here! I love all of you and miss you!

We got to go to our site today. We prayer walked for a while and then we got to hang out and talk to people. This Turkish man tried to talk to me but I don't think he knew English. He shook my hand and said something so I said english, but he didn't understand. The only english word he said was Turkish. It's hard with the language barrier. One man asked me a question and naturally I said, "huh?" and he laughed at me and walked on. I pray the next few days I'll be able to make a friend. We met some girls from Ethiopia. That was really neat. Please pray for me that I may get to meet more people. I love you guys and miss you!

We finally made it, after 3 days in 3 different airports. Today we did a lot of prayer walking in a park. It was really neat to see God answering our prayers almost immediately. I got to meet 3 college students and just talk. Hopefully they will come back for the picnic and I will be able to share Jesus Christ with them. Thank you for your prayers and please keep them coming. God Bless!

Hey! Today was another amazing day at the park. I played soccer with 3 boys then we met 2 girls from Ethiopia that live here now. We talked about God and they told us that they read the bible and sang songs to God. So that was amazing. It rained and lighteninged today so we had to leave the park a little early. Well, I hope that everything is going well at home! Keep praying for us and the German people!

Today when we got to the park there weren't a lot of people there. So we started praying and the people started showing up. I talked to these two kids from Canada and played soccer all day with these two girls from Ethiopia.

God amazed me today. My group went to this park and we did a lot of prayer walking for the people there. I got play soccer and talk with two girls. They were very sweet. We are suppose to meet back later this week. My body is getting use to the time. God brought rain into the city. It was nice and cool. I pray God will bring more people to the park to have conversations with.

Guten tag! SO many prayers were answered today and they were answered fast. Praise God for that! I got to pray with two women today. It was so exciting. It rained very hard, but we made it through. We also played soccer with some really cool christian girls we met that were from Ethiopia. Today in general has been extremely productive for everyone. I love this place. It is the epitome of beauty. I can't wait to see everyone again. I love you guys! Please keep our teams in your prayers.

Wow day!! There is not enough room on this card for me to write all the blessings of today. But I can say that 2 min. into our first prayer walk God started to answer prayers. After that I encountered at least 7 other great big prayers that had been answered. I am not going to say I am surprised because that is not giving God enough credit. I am so blessed to be apart of His wonderful works. This is what it is all about. Family I miss you and love you, please keep praying for us.

Yesterday we prayed all day. Today we interacted. The prayers are being answered right before our eyes. I am loving it here. I never want to leave! Today me and E met some elderly ladies. They were so sweet. This place is amazing! We are in a park and the culture is different in awesome ways. I feel through our prayers that God is doing work and its been so cool and right before our eyes. Mom and everyone I miss you and I'm taking lots of pictures so if your reading...keep it up! :) Love you!

Well today was thed 1st day we went to a site. The site assigned to us was a park. It was so amazing. After we prayerwalked we went out and met people. During my prayer walk I prayed that God would have someone come up to me so I could share my faith with them. Well while me and a few friends were playing soccer they kicked the ball past me and went out by 2 girls. One of them stood up and asked us if she and her sister could play. It was amazing how God answeres prayers and know me, T, and H have a relationship. I can't wait to see what God is going to do in their lives.

I had an amazing day! We were able to talk with people. I talked to about 6 different people. Some wer not really interested but I was ble to pray with 3 of them. I praise God for their hearts being open and for giving me the boldness to share. He's doing great things in our park and I never knew the different things that could happen in one day. Having all our team was a blessing too!
